Do I have to order online?
Ordering over the internet is the safest and most secure method of paying and therefore we generally prefer to accept orders placed online. You can however email through your order when paying by cheque.
Returns
Should you have a problem or issue with any products you have purchased please use the contact us form in the first instance to make us aware of the situation.

How do I return goods?
If we cannot resolve the issue via email / telephone communications we may require you to return the goods back to us. You will need to package the item/s carefully to protect from damage in transit. If the nature of the return falls within the warranty there will be no charge for repair and subsequent postage costs for returning item/s back to the customer. Due to our competitive pricing policy the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning defective products back to us.
Once we have received your returned item/s we will confirm receipt by email and keep you updated on returns process.
Payments
Our website is setup to accept payment via Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to pay for goods and the following credit / debit cards can be used through Paypal;
Visa / Delta / Electron, MasterCard / Eurocard, PayPal Top Up Card, Maestro, Solo, American Express

Can I pay by any other method?
If required payment can be sent by cheque. You will still however need to create a customer account so we have all your details for sending goods out. Please use the 'Contact Us' page if you would like to send payment by cheque.
Delivery
The majority of parcels we dispatch are tracked and will require a signature to confirm receipt of goods.
Yes anyone at the delivery address will be able to sign for receipt of the goods.

I’m not going to be in when you deliver my parcel. What will happen?
Should no one be at the designated address to accept delivery a card will be left to advise of the attempted delivery and the parcel company will try again the next day. The couriers contact details will be provided should there be any queries.
We currently stock 200, 250, 360, 500, 650, 720 and 900 watt motor kits.
200w - 500w motors have a controller which is built into the motor housing. 650w - 900w motors come with an external controller box.
The kit is supplied as standard with a twist throttle however we can sent out the thumb throttle option if required. Please specify this at checkout should you prefer thumb throttle.
